I really like the flavour on this one. To me, it’s almost exactly the ideal blend between root beer and porter. But what it really lacks is a nice foamy head, just like real root beer (not to mention beer beer). Again I worry that maybe the flatness is not intentional, but rather a consequence of storing too long.

This is an easy drinking stout with the great taste of old fashioned root beer in there.
What a genius blend!
As I get further down the bottle there’s almost a sweet floral quality off the top that gives way to the sarsaparilla.
A unique brew that goes down easy!!
