8% English style spiced olde ale. Big, rich and malt dominant. Notes of bread, toffee and treacle dominate the beer. Cinnamon, figs, dates and bourbon soaked oak spirals compliment the rich malt bill. Carbonation is light as per style. 500 ml, 8% alc./vol.

This English Ale is great! Low carbonation, malty flavours and a hit of caramel(??)
It hits all the right notes!
As the night winds down and turns into Christmas Day – this is the prefect beer to finish with.
I drank this on XMas eve, at a point in time that was not convenient to write about it. I figured I’d remember what I wanted to say about it today. I figured wrong. I think it’s safe to say that I enjoyed it though. On to day 7!
