Matt’s Sleepy Time Belgian Imperial Stout became the first-ever Wild Oats release in 2010, launching a series of beers designed to please the adventurous palate with bold flavours, unique ingredients, and exciting aromas. Sleepy Time has been fermented with Belgian yeast and oak-aged. Tastes of chocolate, coffee and vanilla are complemented with a blend of German, New Zealand and American hops, and a true Belgian character in the finish.
