Patio Saison is a snappy, crisp ale with a dry finish. The beer displays peppery notes in harmony with citrus zest, intriguing floral aromas and a mild clove flavour. The saison style has its origins in the wallonia region of Belgium, where traditionally it was brewed to slake the thirst of farmhands during harvest time. Patio Saison was originally released on patios across Ontario on the first warm & sunny day of 2012. Wild Oats Series No. 19. 600 ml, 6.3% alc./vol.
