This is like candy in a bottle. Too bad I can’t drink it from the bottle without it foaming so much it fills my mouth. No jokes….

I poured it into a glass and spooned out the foam. This is a very amazing brew! If they could get the head under control I would buy a lot of these!!

Hah! Exact same problem as Chuck! I figured it was a smallish bottle, so I’d just drink it from the bottle. Sat comfily on the couch and popped the cork. This was followed by a continual onslaught of foam for like five minutes. It feels like I am wearing half the bottle on my crotch and shirt. Anyway, seeing no end of foam, I decided to pour it into a glass. Poured it carefully down the edge of the glass and instantly had a glass full of foam! So frustrating!

Anyway once I coaxed it all into a glass, it’s interesting. Very cloudy, straw-coloured, and with lots of chunky sediment. The nose and flavour are clearly baked apple as advertised. Sweet, apple and cinnamon flavours. A nice tasty treat. But I am sure I could t have more than one of these on any given evening. Might be a nice first beverage after doing something out in the cold, like shovelling the driveway, or an après-ski.
