We always try to listen to what our fans tell us what they want, and now we can really make it happen. This is the first time (that we know of) that a brewery has directly asked the people who drink their beer what they want on store shelves, and we’re really stoked to have the LCBO on board as well. Beer B NE Session IPA 473 ml, 4.5% alc./vol.
Wobbly Pop Culture 
Classic IPA. Pale straw colour with ample frothy head. Nice bright flowery hops without being too bitter. I could happily drink a sixer of these in an evening. But on the other hand, I’m not picking up on anything truly exceptional about it that might make it stand out in a field of IPAs (other than not being nearly undrinkable, which I do find for many IPAs). Also, just like the last one, I guess that I’d expect an IPA to be a little stronger than 4.5%.
I guess this beer is a hybrid of an American Pale Ale and a Session Pale Ale. Hazy colour with a high citrus flavour, but with low alcohol level and low bitterness. Probably aimed at the craft beer drinker that wants a change from all the pine needle 9% IPAs out there. I liked it and I will be curious to see how this compares to C which is a high level New England Pale Ale.
Alright. When it comes to IPAs I will never be a fan. My IBU ceiling is around 40 and I don’t like the bitter hop finish.
This one is not too bad for someone like me. So if you want an easy break into the IPA game; this would be the one.
It is a clean drinking beer, but has the telltale IPA signature without the blow your head off hop finish. It’s still there, but dare I say near enjoyable.
