Well, well, this is a very nice beer that happens to be brewed with coffee. I am new to the coffee scene and quite a noob when it comes to drinking the magic elixir. The coffee is understated, but it’s still there on the palette. Nice, refreshing, a great addition to the 12 Days of Taste-Mas 2014, and a good start to the Five Golden Beau’s. 4 more to go!

I get a hint of the coffee, but it’s not too heavy handed. The hops come through with each sip, and stay with you for a while afterwards. A little more bitter than I would consider ideal, but the beer has character.

Man, coffee and beer go well together!!

This is a very enjoyable brew – I agree with the good Doctor in that the hops linger a bit.

This is a little more bitter than my usual brews but I do enjoy it all the same!!
